Job Summary
Frenchies Modern Nail Care is looking for a dedicated receptionist/concierge to join our team! When guests walk into Frenchies they'll find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand- this is our concierge! The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and is excellent at working with computers and is also accountable for all front desk operations including phone, retail sales, cash transactions, guest POS activities, guest experience cycle, and general day-to-day operations.
 
Responsibilities
  •  Responsible for implementation of guest experience cycle for all internal and external customers. Goal is to exceed customer expectations from initial inquiry to ongoing customer relationship management. 
  • Responsible for recognizing and communicating with Studio Manager regarding areas for process improvement. Actively engage in the implementation of ongoing process improvement. 
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and professional environment including daily cleaning checklists and other cleaning duties as needed. 
  • Accountable for efficient and effective day-to-day operations that achieve minimal front desk service standards. Will follow all policies and procedures to accomplish these standards. Includes: opening duties, greeting clients, answering phones, making appointments, retail sales, cash transactions, customer check-in/check-out, appointment confirmation calls, closing duties.   
  • Other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork.  
  • Follow safety standards in all aspects of performance of the above functions, report/remove unsafe equipment and attend safety/training education sessions.
Additional Responsibilities

  • Coverage of shifts in short-notice/emergency situations (sickness, etc.).
  • Customer contacts and rescheduling if needed.
  • Participate in defined community outreach requirements (volunteerism). 
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience as a receptionist preferred
  • Exceptional customer service and professional phone manner
  • Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
